Sacred Holidays in a Dark World

My favorite Christmas carol is “O Holy Night.” The words take me away and fill me with such joy. I am reminded that Christmas isn’t just another season or day celebrated without a second thought. The words of the song echo in our hearts this year, “a thrill of hope, a weary world rejoices.”  We…

There are a million things to do and shopping lists are a mile long. With this season comes great expectations. One thing most…

19 years of marriage. I was 19 when we got married 19 years of marriage. I was 19 when we got married… half of my life as your wife. I’m grateful for it. Even in all the highs and lows, joys and sorrows, God is kind.

There is no one else I’d rather share all these things with, all the riches of life, the fights over silly things, the laughter and pain.

Here is to getting married young, raising babies into adults and growing old together, gray hair, and the incredible kindness and mercy of God. Praying for another 50 years as your wife. 💜
